Brand Ambassadors engage in store client initiatives and community outreach, championing Ralph Lauren's core values. They embrace the "More ways to shop" philosophy and new technology, fostering a collaborative environment centered around the customer. Networking and sourcing talent are also part of their responsibilities, along with providing ongoing feedback to management regarding successes and opportunities. They strengthen customer connectivity by supporting alternative purchasing processes and broaden customer accessibility to product discovery through various digital tools. Maintaining exceptional productivity standards through store execution and upholding all company policies and procedures are critical aspects of the role.
