About the position

The Brand Ambassador role at T-ROC is a part-time position focused on driving brand awareness for telecom products and services. The ambassador will engage with mobile store staff to train them on product information and selling techniques, while also promoting the brand and ensuring proper merchandising. This role requires visiting multiple locations twice a month, fostering relationships, and enhancing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with mobile store staff and management.
• Train staff on product information, messaging, and selling tips.
• Promote the brand and increase awareness of products.
• Ensure signage and point of purchase materials are in place and properly priced.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client and retailer field leadership.
• Drive enthusiasm for selling client products.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics at retail.
• Comfortable training and coaching retail associates on products and equipment.
• Technology savvy and confident discussing innovative products.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.

• Experience with T-Mobile, Cricket, Verizon, Metro PC, and/or Boost Mobile.
