About the position

The Brand Ambassador role at T-ROC is a part-time position focused on driving brand awareness for telecom products and services. The ambassador will engage with mobile store staff and management to train them on product information and selling techniques, while also promoting the brand and ensuring proper product presentation. This role requires visiting multiple locations twice a month, with a strong emphasis on relationship building and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with mobile store staff and management.
• Train staff on product information, messaging, and selling tips.
• Promote brand awareness and enthusiasm for selling products.
• Ensure signage and point of purchase materials are in place and properly priced.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client and retailer field leadership.
• Remove barriers to sales with client field leadership and associates.

Requirements

• 1 year or more experience working with consumer electronics at retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with T-Mobile, Cricket, Verizon, Metro PC, and/or Boost Mobile is ideal.
• Comfortable training and coaching retail associates on product usage.
• Technology savvy and confident discussing innovative products.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• Ability to use technology to record work and time.
