About the position

As a Brand Ambassador for Polaris, you will play a crucial role in promoting a cutting-edge AI shopping tool at a local grocery store. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and are comfortable discussing technology and products. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring that customers have a seamless shopping experience. Your primary focus will be to assist customers as they navigate the smart shopping experience, utilizing AI-powered shopping carts and automated checkout counters to enhance their in-store experience. In this role, you will engage with customers as they enter the store, demonstrating how the smart shopping products work and encouraging their usage. You will assist customers throughout their shopping journey, from onboarding to checkout, ensuring that their experience is smooth and enjoyable. As the go-to resource for customer and store team needs, you will resolve any issues that arise and gather valuable feedback from customers to report on their experiences. This position offers flexible hours, with options for full-time or part-time work, and shifts available between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. on any day of the week. The training and orientation process will be conducted on-site, where you will receive hands-on experience with the smart cart and learn about the technology that is shaping the retail landscape. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are friendly, personable, and eager to provide exceptional customer service while working with innovative technology in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
