About the position

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent an innovative AI shopping tool, engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience. Your role is crucial in demonstrating product functionality, assisting customers throughout their shopping journey, and gathering feedback to improve service delivery. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers as they enter the store and demonstrate how the products work.
  • Assist customers throughout their end-to-end experience to ensure a smooth and seamless journey from onboarding to checkout.
  • Act as the go-to resource for all customer and store team needs by resolving customer issues as they arise.
  • Gather feedback from customers and report on their experience.
  • Ensure that opening and closing tasks are completed.

Requirements

  • Customer-oriented approach with a demonstrated experience in driving exceptional customer service.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor, able to build lasting relationships with customers and store staff.
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve on the spot as issues arise.
  • Ambitious, sales-driven, and willing to grow at a small technology start-up.
  • Interest in technology and how it shapes the retail landscape.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous working experience as an on-site promoter or in retail or hospitality.
