About the position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at American Eagle Outfitters, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for creating an amazing shopping experience for every guest. Your role is to engage with customers, educate them about products, and build brand loyalty while embodying the company's values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions based on their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flexibly work in different zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures with integrity.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• 1 year of retail stocking experience required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• A passion for AE and Aerie products.
