About the position

The Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate position is a customer-focused role within a retail environment, aimed at providing exceptional service and driving sales. The successful candidate will engage with customers, promote products, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide them with product information and assistance
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain an organized and clean sales floor
  • Assist with merchandising and restocking inventory
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product trends

Requirements

  • Prior retail sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
