About the position

This position is part of the Events Marketing Team that supports the overall marketing goals for the company's brand. The Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate is responsible for assisting, planning, and building the strategic development of marketing programs to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness for the group of companies during Grand Opening activations. This role will support the programming, planning, and execution of these activations, ensuring that all elements are aligned with the company's marketing objectives. Additionally, the position involves assisting in the planning of creative marketing materials, email campaigns, and vendor support, as well as managing necessary legal documents related to the Grand Opening events. The Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate will work closely with various departments including Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Store Operations, Field Marketing Team, Communications, and external vendors, as well as agency partners. This cross-functional coordination is essential to ensure that all aspects of the Grand Opening activations are executed smoothly and effectively. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a pay range of $18.32 to $20.11 per hour, and it offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility in work location. The position is scheduled for an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, providing a structured workweek while also accommodating a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
