About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our company and promote our products or services. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential customers and creating a positive brand image.

Responsibilities

• Stigmatise our brand positively in various settings
• Conduct data collection and gather feedback from customers
• Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
• Effectively communicate brand messaging to target audiences
• Engage in public speaking engagements to promote the brand
• Participate in event marketing activities to drive brand visibility
• Drive sales by showcasing product features and benefits
• Manage social media platforms to enhance brand presence
• Conduct engaging product demos to showcase product functionality

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador or similar role is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively
• Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
• Proficient in social media management tools
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities

Nice-to-haves
