About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our company and promote our products or services. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, engaging, and passionate about our brand, responsible for engaging with customers and enhancing brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at events, trade shows, or retail locations to promote the brand
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about the features and benefits of our products
• Collect customer feedback and data to improve marketing strategies
• Utilize social media platforms to create brand awareness and drive engagement
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and events
• Deliver key messaging about the brand to potential customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with consumers

Requirements

• Prior experience in event marketing, product demonstrations, or sales is preferred
• Strong social media management skills are a plus
• Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous
• Experience in food service or customer-facing roles is beneficial
• Knowledge of data collection methods for marketing purposes is a bonus
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking abilities
