About the position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at American Eagle Outfitters, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for customers. Your primary goal is to engage with guests, promote brand loyalty, and represent the company's values while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a passion for the brand and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist them in finding products.
• Educate customers on product details and make personalized product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly work in various zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Assist team members to ensure efficient store operations.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with people.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
