About the position

As a Brand Ambassador for Sahara Smoke Hookah Tobacco, you will represent the brand at various events, engaging with customers to promote products and enhance brand awareness. This part-time role involves conducting product demonstrations, collecting customer feedback, and assisting with event setups, all while showcasing a passion for the brand and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at various events and locations
• Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and product knowledge
• Assist with event setup, including signage, displays, and promotional materials
• Utilize social media platforms to create engaging content and interact with followers
• Conduct outbound calls and visit prospective Smoke Shops and Hookah Lounges to identify interest and understand customer needs
• Distribute product samples, brochures, and flyers to nurture relationships and drive sales lead opportunities
• Demonstrate patience with customers and introduce new Hookah Tobacco products
• Conduct market research to build a prospective customer list from business directories and industry contacts
• Collaborate with warehouse partners to ensure existing orders are delivered
• Daily update all visiting logs and sales orders, sending copies to the manager at the close of work.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hookah industry, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish/Arabic) are a plus
• Familiarity with event marketing and market trends
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Ability to conduct product demos and provide detailed information about the brand's offerings
• Proficiency in social media management for brand promotion
