The Lead Brand Ambassador plays a crucial role in executing the annual event and neighborhood appointment setting plans for the assigned region or market, working under the guidance of the Field Marketing Manager. This position is primarily field-based, requiring hands-on involvement in all aspects of shows and events, including the setup and teardown of displays. The Lead Brand Ambassador is responsible for assisting with staffing, training, and supervising Brand Ambassador employees and contractors, while also representing Infinity to establish leads with prospective homeowner customers. Success in this role demands a proactive local leader who can coordinate effectively with various individuals across the organization to achieve exceptional results. In this position, the Lead Brand Ambassador will be tasked with making necessary logistical arrangements to ensure that all materials are delivered and installed correctly for events. They will represent Infinity from Marvin at shows and events, setting leads with prospective homeowner customers. Additionally, the Lead Brand Ambassador will assist the Field Marketing Manager in evaluating marketing performance, providing recommendations for changes and modifications to enhance attendee engagement at the Infinity booth or improve appointment setting performance. Documenting appointment setting activities for internal evaluation is also a key responsibility. The role involves coordinating schedules and staffing for shows and events with Brand Ambassadors, as well as recruiting and training both employees and contractors. Collaboration with the Field Marketing Manager is essential to deliver targeted metrics for shows and events, including customer acquisition costs, labor costs, lead targets, and other relevant metrics. The Lead Brand Ambassador may also be required to drive a company vehicle or their own vehicle as part of their duties.
