About the position

As a Brand Ambassador for Christophe Robin, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand's presence within luxury retail environments. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about beauty and haircare, and who possess the skills to effectively communicate the brand's ethos to customers. Your primary responsibility will be to support our key retail business through sell-through oriented training programs, ensuring that our luxury retail partners are well-equipped to represent the brand. You will act as the main point of contact for these teams, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their sales efforts. The role requires you to create a luxury experience for customers, which includes demonstrating products and engaging in brand-specific selling behaviors. You will be expected to achieve sales objectives by connecting with clients and actively participating in sell-through activities. This involves expressing a genuine passion for beauty and haircare, as well as achieving weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing weekly training and sell-through reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. This freelance position will require you to work approximately 20-25 hours per week, split between two locations: Corte Madera and Neiman Marcus in San Francisco. Your ability to adapt to different retail environments and maintain a high level of professionalism will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build a rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Previous experience in luxury sales, preferably beauty advisory
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to customer service
