About the position

The Brand Ambassador/Vendor position is designed to effectively promote cannabis-related products by engaging with consumers and providing accurate information about selected brands. The role requires a professional demeanor, punctuality, and the ability to communicate effectively with both consumers and store staff to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Responsibilities

• Utilize fundamental knowledge of house brands to assist consumers in making informed decisions.
• Demonstrate punctuality and attentiveness at all locations during promotional events.
• Represent and familiarize yourself with the designated brand effectively and communicate their unique selling points.
• Maintain open communication with store managers and the vendor coordinator to ensure accurate promotional activities.
• Demonstrate tech-savviness and comfort with posting on Instagram on designated workdays.
• Possess a reliable car for transportation to various locations.
• Be comfortable working Thursday through Saturday.
• Be social and not afraid to strike up conversations with strangers to promote the brands effectively.
• Collect data at every event to provide insights and feedback for future promotional strategies.
• Educate on-site staff about the brands and encourage them to actively promote sales, fostering a collaborative environment between staff and brand ambassadors.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
• Valid Driver's License.
