About the position

The Brand Ambassador at Crave Cookies is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service in a fun and fast-paced bakery environment. The position involves engaging with customers, taking orders, preparing and decorating cookies, and ensuring that all food safety and cleanliness standards are met. Team members are expected to work collaboratively to achieve sales and service goals while promoting a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all guests by taking orders and making recommendations.
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to Crave standards.
• Follow cleaning schedules in all areas of the store including storage areas.
• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Crave.
• Work independently and with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create amazing products.
• Prepare and decorate cookies with glazes, icings, and buttercream frosting.
• Follow company policies and procedures and perform all other duties as assigned.
