About the position

In Grown Farms, a subsidiary of Acreage Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Brand Ambassador to enhance brand awareness and drive sales through various media channels. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing division to achieve marketing goals and objectives. This role involves communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events. A critical aspect of this position is having reliable transportation, as the Brand Ambassador will be required to travel to various locations for events and outreach activities. As a Brand Ambassador, you will familiarize yourself with the company's mission, vision, and goals, and work closely with sales and marketing staff to facilitate and execute sales and marketing outreach events, typically 1-2 per day. This includes setting up tables and displays, distributing flyers and educational materials, and standing for extended periods. You will educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products, create engaging content for our website and social media to drive brand awareness, and build rapport with customers and vendors. Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department will also be part of your responsibilities, along with tracking customer preferences and metrics related to media campaigns. The role requires a friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will represent the company in dispensaries, at product launches, events, and trade shows, and will be expected to maintain a positive image of the brand at all times. Other duties may be assigned as required, and participation in brainstorming sessions, training, and workshops is encouraged.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Marketing or related field.
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle with ability to travel with mileage reimbursement daily.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Good track record of attendance.
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance at all company events.
