About the position
The Brand Ambassador at OpTech LLC is responsible for building brand awareness and consumer loyalty by providing engaging and educational experiences at events. This role requires a bilingual Spanish speaker who can interface professionally with consumers and customers, ensuring a memorable brand representation. The position is part-time and involves working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to activate events on behalf of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Participate at events with enthusiasm, excitement, and professionalism.
- Interface with consumers and customers in a professional and fluent manner.
- Be on-site at events from start to finish in a timely manner.
- Assist and perform all tasks as directed by the on-site manager.
- Fill out and submit event reports after completing an event.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record or reliable transportation to/from events.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage event materials and reporting.
- Outgoing, responsible, enthusiastic, and reliable.
- Maintain expert knowledge of product and brand.
