Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in introducing Mfused products to dispensaries, retailers, and consumers across New York.
  • Embrace the entrepreneurial spirit, seeking out opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key industry players, from budtenders to business owners, to position Mfused as their go-to cannabis brand.
  • Build and nurture relationships with accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and tailor solutions to meet evolving client needs.
  • Collaborate with the Mfused sales team to strategize and coordinate account management efforts.
  • Develop and implement creative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging your innate drive and determination to succeed.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive consistent orders and boost revenue from existing accounts.
  • Introduce new products and enhance offerings within your portfolio to entice clients.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and data programs to streamline inventory management and provide top-notch service.
  • Dive headfirst into the New York market, attending events, networking, and staying ahead of trends to stay one step ahead of the competition.
  • Host exciting events to showcase our brand and products, bolstering our reputation and fostering loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize event impact and forge industry connections.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; no degree required.
  • A proven track record of success in sales or a related field is beneficial, but if you are new to sales and are self-motivated - we will happily enhance your skills.
  • Passion for the cannabis industry and a drive to succeed.
  • 21 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for success.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
