As a Brand Ambassador, you will operate in a retail or event setting, utilizing our world-class sales and negotiation tactics to provide potential customers with the best experience and information about our home remodeling services. This role is crucial in generating new business and expanding our customer base, and it offers direct growth paths into management or additional sales roles. We pride ourselves on our winning mentality, and we are committed to promoting from within, with 100% of our current marketing leaders having started in entry-level positions. In this role, you will learn from our industry-leading team and gain valuable experience in sales and customer service. You will be responsible for building rapport with potential customers, partnering with our sales teams to create opportunities, and scheduling free in-home estimates with homeowners. With competitive base pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses, your total compensation potential ranges from $70,000 to $133,000 or more per year, along with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
