About the position

The Brand Ambassador role involves acting as a key point of contact for consumers and accounts that have purchased Pinaq Liqueur. This contracted position requires individuals to engage with store managers and staff, promote the brand, and conduct tastings and events in their assigned area. The role is primarily focused on building relationships and ensuring the product is well-represented in retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Arrange your own schedule to onboard accounts as per the provided agenda.
• Greet the Manager/Buyer and thank them for ordering Pinaq.
• Present the one-page sell sheet to explain the brand to store staff.
• Check the store for the placement of Pinaq and ensure it is in the correct section.
• Pitch to place Pinaq in the cold box if space is available.
• Put up a price tag with the retail price and a poster in a prominent location.
• Conduct tastings and events in your assigned area.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Experience in customer service for at least 1 year (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in social media management.
• Valid TIPS certification.
