Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in Walmart stores to promote haircare products.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Provide product demonstrations and samples to customers.
• Represent the brand professionally with provided sales tools and uniforms.
• Travel between Walmart locations within the designated territory.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish to connect with the Hispanic community.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a drive to meet sales goals.
• Interest or experience in beauty care, such as hairdressing or cosmetology.
