About the position

The Brand Ambassador role at Urbani Truffles USA involves driving sales of specialty gourmet products, including fresh truffles and caviar, to high-end restaurants. The position requires a motivated and customer-centric individual who can work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain and develop business relationships in the designated geographical area.

Responsibilities

  • Grow, nurture, and maximize sales of existing customers.
  • Present fresh truffles, caviar, and truffle products to existing restaurant accounts.
  • Manage daily orders of existing accounts, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track personal appointments and maintain customer and prospect activities daily via CRM.
  • Organize the following day's tasks and appointments.
  • Maintain constant communication with supervisor and customers about availability, quality, prices, etc.
  • Review sales reports to assess business status.
  • Manage daily inventory needs.
  • Identify sales concerns and suggest solutions to customers and/or supervisor.
  • Solve and/or share client questions and concerns with peers/supervisor to increase client satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on market conditions and competitors' activity.
  • Assist and support Regional Sales Manager in making presentations and gaining new orders from food service accounts.
  • Travel to meet assigned customers as needed to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • Preferred BA or equivalent in Sales or Marketing.
  • Minimum 1 year in a sales role.
  • Interpersonal skills and listening skills.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer focus and sales-driven attitude.
  • Familiarity with all Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel by car, public transportation, or plane within the geographical area covered.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Spanish or Italian is a plus.
