About the position

As a Brand Ambassador at ECCO Retail, L.L.C., you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our guests while driving and exceeding store financial goals. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a World Class shopping experience by educating guests about our products, specifically our footwear. You will share the features, advantages, and benefits of our shoes, helping customers make informed buying decisions. This role requires you to proficiently operate the cash register, maintaining accountability for variances in assigned drawers, and being knowledgeable about loss prevention practices. In addition to sales responsibilities, you will maintain general housekeeping standards within the store and assist management with various non-selling tasks. These tasks may include processing shipments, conducting stock counts, and maintaining product displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and organized. Adherence to ECCO's policies and procedures, including scheduling and dress code guidelines, is essential, as outlined in the employee handbook and operations manual. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and superior organizational and follow-up skills. As a Brand Ambassador, you will act as a role model for your team, demonstrating effective selling techniques and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities
