About the position

As a SNEAKEraser Brand Ambassador, you will represent the brand at Costco roadshows in the Orange County area. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, demonstrate the effectiveness of SNEAKEraser products, and drive sales. This role is essential for creating a positive customer experience and showcasing how our products can benefit sneaker enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

• Actively demonstrate SNEAKEraser products on customers' shoes, highlighting their effectiveness and ease of use.
• Deliver advertising lines and key product information as provided in training, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
• Engage with Costco members in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing product information.
• Keep the display area clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers and showcase our products effectively.
• Accurately report daily sales and feedback to help gauge the success of the roadshow and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver advertising lines effectively.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail to maintain an organized and attractive display area.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work full shifts.
• Flexible availability to work Thursday through Sunday during the roadshow.
