As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Express Flooring at various events and trade shows. This role offers an exciting opportunity to earn a competitive hourly wage along with an uncapped bonus plan based on your performance. You will have the flexibility to work part-time while enjoying a fun working environment. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, scheduling qualified appointments, and actively engaging with potential clients to understand their flooring needs. You will also be responsible for setting up and dismantling event booths as required. Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at various events, trade shows, and retail locations.
• Engage actively with potential clients, understand their flooring needs, inform them about our product offerings, address concerns and objections, and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations.
• Achieve and surpass your goals during each shift.
• Attend team meetings to enhance your skills as an event professional.
• Set up and dismantle event booths as required.

Requirements

• A people person who enjoys initiating conversations and meeting new individuals.
• High energy and strong face-to-face communication skills are a must.
• Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand.
• Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time.
• Reliable transportation.
• A confident team player who can work independently.

Nice-to-haves

• 1+ years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience.
