About the position

The Brand Ambassador role focuses on connecting brands with consumers through storytelling and engagement. The position involves in-person activations across New York State, where ambassadors embody the values and mission of the brands they represent. They engage with consumers, gather feedback, and share insights with partners, promoting responsible consumption.

Responsibilities

• Display product and direct customers to specified products.
• Answer customer's questions and concerns about product.
• Explain qualities of product through education and storytelling.
• Be charismatic and tell a story to help bring our clients' brands to life in a retail setting.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid NYS Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Assertive and positive attitude.
• Ethical and positive approach.
• Possess drive; goal-oriented.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers, demonstrating an energetic attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
• Knowledge of Cannabis and/or Beer, Wine, and spirits, with confidence to describe and represent in a professional manner.
• Legal and Compliance Accountability, maintaining all legal and marketing code guidelines for the state of NY SLA and our partners.
