About the position

The Brand Ambassador at Adams Generators is responsible for promoting the brand and its products through effective communication and engagement with customers. This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing division to achieve marketing goals, track customer feedback, and represent the brand at various events. The position requires excellent communication and networking skills, along with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Responsibilities

• Set up marketing displays and ensure brand advertising is strategically positioned.
• Develop and maintain strong communication links with customers.
• Represent the brand positively to customers.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing divisions to understand company goals and objectives.
• Plan and execute awareness programs to reach prospective customers.
• Provide insights and feedback regarding brand-related issues.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in a customer-facing role with sales concepts.
• Reliable transportation to travel between retail locations in Lake Zurich, IL and Lake in the Hills, IL.
• PC proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
