About the position

As a Brand Ambassador for Lyft at the Las Vegas Airport, you will play a crucial role in providing a world-class experience for both riders and drivers. Your primary responsibility will be to represent the Lyft brand, ensuring that customers have a positive interaction while directing them to the designated pickup locations. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage high-stress situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive brand interaction for riders and drivers.
• Direct riders to the designated pickup zone.
• Manage fast-paced, high-stress environments.
• De-escalate and diffuse tense situations while maintaining composure.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• An understanding of the ridesharing industry generally and Lyft specifically.
• Accountable self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptable to fluid environments.
• Proficient in Email, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills a MUST.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer interaction (e.g., customer service, retail, rideshare, etc.).
• Enjoy working outdoors and open to ad hoc scheduling.
• A magnetic and empathetic customer-focused personality that positively represents the Lyft brand.
• The ability to de-escalate tense situations and stay cool under pressure.
• Bilingual (any language).

Benefits
