About the position

The Brand Ambassador position at Bloom Brands is a part-time role focused on promoting the company's lifestyle vaporizer products in New Jersey. Brand Ambassadors will serve as knowledgeable representatives of the brand, conducting product demonstrations and engaging with customers to communicate product knowledge and the brand's mission. This role offers opportunities for growth within the company based on performance and fit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store product demonstrations at select locations
• Assist with Field Marketing, Special Event Marketing, and Media Events
• Serve as primary educators of the products, acquiring strong familiarity with the company's products, mission, and values
• Stay informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitor's products
• Engage with customers and clients effectively

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Budtender/cannabis experience is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Punctual and highly detail-oriented
• Experience in customer service and/or hospitality strongly preferred
• Ability to learn, retain, and convey information about the company products
• Outgoing, attentive, and comfortable engaging in conversation with customers and clients
• Style, confidence, charisma, and ability to connect with a diverse spectrum of clients and partners
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Snapchat, etc.)
• Passion for health and fitness
• Clean, professional appearance

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in entertainment, sales, hospitality, and/or modeling
• Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends
