About the position

Adams Generators is seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our team, either on a part-time or full-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who have customer service experience and enjoy engaging with people. The Brand Ambassador will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives. This includes communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and networking skills, and previous experience as a brand ambassador or in a similar role is strongly desired. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is also beneficial. In this position, the Brand Ambassador will be responsible for setting up marketing displays and ensuring that the brand's advertising materials are strategically positioned. They will formulate, develop, and maintain strong communication links with customers, representing the brand positively. The role requires collaboration with the sales and marketing divisions to understand the goals and objectives of Adams Generators. Additionally, the Brand Ambassador will plan and execute awareness programs to reach prospective customers and provide insights and feedback on brand-related issues. Professionalism is key when dealing with customers, and the ability to portray this is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up marketing displays and ensure brand advertising materials are positioned strategically.
• Formulate, develop, and maintain strong communication links with customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some experience in a customer-facing role where sales concepts were utilized.
• Reliable transportation to travel between retail locations in Lake Zurich, IL and Lake in the Hills, IL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in a similar role.
