About the position

The Brand Ambassador at Champions Group Holdings is responsible for representing the company and promoting its services within the community. This role focuses on generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with potential clients through various marketing activities. The Brand Ambassador will act as the face of the company at events and through social media, building relationships and educating customers about the company's plumbing and HVAC services.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the Brand: Act as the public face of Service Champions, representing our values, services, and quality standards at community events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with the Community: Build and maintain relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations to promote our plumbing services.
  • Distribute Marketing Materials: Hand out brochures, business cards, and other promotional materials in targeted areas to increase brand visibility.
  • Educate Potential Customers: Explain the benefits of our services to potential customers, answer questions, and address concerns to generate leads.
  • Social Media Engagement: Actively participate in the company's social media platforms by posting updates, responding to comments, and sharing content related to our services.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to the marketing and sales teams to help improve service offerings.
  • Represent at Events: Research, plan, execute, and attend appropriate local or community events to ensure our brand is well-represented and remembered.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with a diverse range of people in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Outgoing Personality: Enthusiastic, approachable, and confident when interacting with the public.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing Industry: A basic understanding of HVAC and plumbing services is an asset, but training will be provided.
  • Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to various situations while representing the brand.
  • Self-motivated: Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
