As a Brand Ambassador, you'll play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include greeting incoming and outgoing customers in person, by phone, or email, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers professionally and courteously, and answering any technical questions regarding the latest mobile technology. You will also be commuting to local retail cell phone sales centers to promote our services (Verizon, AT&T, T Mobile, Spirit etc.), collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals, and contributing to the overall success of the organization by achieving related results. Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service is paramount, as is supporting an organization that values diversity and actively engages with diverse people, perspectives, and ideas. You will apply your knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and self-development while staying informed about industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting incoming and outgoing customers in person, by phone, or email.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers professionally and courteously.
  • Answering any technical questions regarding the latest mobile technology.
  • Commuting to local retail cell phone sales centers to promote our services (Verizon, AT&T, T Mobile, Spirit etc.).
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the organization by achieving related results.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Having technical knowledge about the latest mobile gadgets to answer any question about them.
  • Ability to professionally handle and resolve escalated issues.
  • Quick thinking and adaptability in dynamic situations.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to various sales centers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Highly self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
