About the position

The Brand Ambassador at MKX Oil Co is responsible for promoting the company's products and enhancing brand awareness across Michigan. This role involves engaging with consumers, hosting events, and building relationships with clients to drive revenue growth while embodying the company's mission of prioritizing patients over profits.

Responsibilities

• Help drive MKX's revenue growth through meaningful consumer engagements.
• Host pop-up/promotion at dispensary events as scheduled by the Sales Team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Participate in community events that are relevant to our industry and company mission.
• Educate existing and potential clients about MKX products.
• Promote brand awareness and market presence.
• Work with partners and clients to increase visibility and sell-through of MKX products.
• Stay current with industry trends, customer feedback, and anticipate future market trends.
• Provide brand and marketing support to the marketing department as needed.
• Assist with product deliveries and distribution between licensed facilities as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Marketing knowledge
• Functional knowledge of the cannabis industry
