About the position

The Brand Ambassador role involves promoting and educating customers about various brands through in-store demonstrations. This part-time, temporary position requires energetic individuals who can engage with consumers, manage demo supplies, and provide feedback on customer interactions. The role is ideal for those passionate about wellness and health, particularly in relation to products like kombucha and organic foods.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with consumers during field marketing activities of the brand and products.
• Merchandise, take inventory, and sample product at account demos/field marketing events.
• Be an expert in the brand, including product information.
• Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude when representing the brand.
• Provide feedback and insight from customers.
• Arrive on time and adhere to scheduled shift and demo procedures.
• Check-in and out through reporting system at each event.
• Create and submit high quality, detailed recaps within 1-day following an event, including precise counts of consumers sampled and excellent photography.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Brand Ambassador experience is a plus!
• Valid Driver's License strongly preferred.
• Valid Food Handler Certification is a plus.
• General technology proficiency required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
