About the position

At Diamonds Direct, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Brand Ambassador who will serve as the face of our brand within the community. This role is pivotal in leveraging existing relationships to market our brand through grassroots efforts. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for planning and attending local and store-related events, ensuring that our store and merchandise are represented according to our brand guidelines. This position offers creative freedom to implement brand initiatives and serves as a direct partner to our store leaders, providing exposure to all other departments within our organization. We pride ourselves on a family-oriented culture that is unlike any other, and we are seeking individuals who embody the characteristics of what we call RHINO's—those with an unmatched work ethic, determination, and humility. As a Brand Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to advocate for the Diamonds Direct brand through local networking and community involvement. You will be a thought leader among the in-store staff, effectively communicating internal initiatives around culture, incentives, and goals. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to assist in other departments as needed. You will also be expected to manage budgets as dictated by local and regional management, ensuring that all activities align with our brand's objectives.
