About the position

As a Brand Ambassador at Dreamstyle Remodeling, you will serve as the face of the company, responsible for fostering a positive brand image and engaging with potential customers. Your role will involve utilizing your communication and sales skills to create a loyal customer community and drive brand growth through effective customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
• Engage with customers through product demonstrations and providing information that is tailored to their needs
• Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the marketing team for strategy refinement
• Attend trade shows, events, and product launches to represent the brand effectively
• Canvass neighborhoods for additional lead generation opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service Role
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Comfortable with using technology- iPad and Smartphones
• Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance
• Must be able to pass a background screening
• Must be able to and with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing, and ability to lift up to 50lbs
