About the position

Pace Staffers is currently seeking a passionate and driven Brand Ambassador to join our team in Manhattan, NY. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and enhancing brand awareness for our client. As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage with the community, create positive customer experiences, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include participating in daily meetings, planning local in-person events, and building relationships with community members and sponsors. You will also be responsible for creating and distributing marketing materials, ensuring that you are well-versed in the client's mission and goals, and effectively communicating this to the public. This position requires a proactive approach to community outreach and engagement, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily meetings
  • Create positive customer experiences and drive sales
  • Increase brand interest and brand awareness for our client
  • Plan local in-person events to attend and engage with the community
  • May need to travel for events outside of the NY area
  • Study company provided material and familiarize yourself with the client's mission and goals
  • Answer questions from the public regarding the client
  • Follow all company policies
  • Build relationships with the client, community sponsors, and community members
  • Create and distribute marketing materials
  • Work independently or within a team
  • Participate in community outreach and engagement

Requirements

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • Must be comfortable with talking to and engaging with people all day
  • Able to work well in a diverse environment
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or marketing
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
