The company is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent its portfolio, which includes Duvel, Boulevard Brewing Co., Brewery Ommegang, and Brasserie D'Achouffe, primarily in the Northern Virginia market. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for conducting sampling events at both off-premise locations, such as liquor and grocery stores, and on-premise locations, including bars and nightclubs. This role requires engaging with patrons, providing samples, and promoting the featured brands effectively. The successful candidate will pour beer in a professional and friendly manner, greet and interact with guests, assess their needs and preferences, and make recommendations accordingly. It is essential to check guest identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age and maintain a clean and organized bar area. The Brand Ambassador will also be responsible for restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies, following SMART guidelines for responsible serving, and complying with all food and beverage regulations.
