About the position

The Brand Ambassador role at Kyckstarts involves engaging with customers and promoting alternative ingredient products. This part-time, temporary position requires a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively represent the brand in stores. The ambassador will work closely with the team to create innovative marketing strategies and ensure successful product engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create buzz and excitement as an authentic, knowledgeable, engaged expert.
• Extend the brand's reach within stores to connect with consumers.
• Engage with store staff to educate them and increase their desire to promote the brand.
• Represent the brand and Kyckstarts positively and energetically in-store.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Driver's License required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Curiosity about learning and flexibility

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the alternative ingredient products industry (Vape/Kratom/Functional Mushrooms)
