About the position

DIME Industries is seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador to represent our cannabis brand through engaging product demonstrations and events. This full-time role involves promoting our products in dispensaries and at industry events, aiming to create public interest and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about cannabis and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and explain products to persuade customers to purchase products and use services.
• Explain technical product information to customers.
• Provide product samples, coupons, informational brochures, or other incentives to persuade people to buy products.
• Maintain records of sales and/or other business transactions.
• Place reorders for accounts.
• Set up and arrange displays or demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.
• Transport, assemble, and disassemble materials used in presentations.
• Set up merchandise displays.
• Attend dispensary and Cannabis Industry events.
• Train budtenders on new products.
• Travel and visit all dispensaries in your region.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in the Cannabis industry is highly preferred.
• Previous Brand Ambassador experience is highly preferred.
• CRM software experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Highly analytical and strategic thinker.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Clean driving record.
• 21 years old and over.
