About the position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at American Eagle Outfitters, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Your role involves engaging with guests, educating them about products, and promoting brand loyalty while embodying the company's values. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the brand and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist them in finding products.
• Educate customers on product details and make tailored product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly work across different areas of the store including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Assist team members to ensure efficient store operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with people.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in photo manipulation.
• Valid Driver's License.
