About the position

Activus Connect is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador for a prestigious luxury clothing brand. This full-time remote position involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting with product inquiries, and maintaining the brand's image and values in all interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with product information, sizing, styling advice, and order placement.
  • Engage with customers via phone calls to ensure a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest collections, trends, and product offerings to effectively guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions that align with our brand values.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Uphold the brand's image and values in all customer interactions, consistently delivering a high level of service that reflects the luxury experience they offer.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the luxury fashion or retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for luxury fashion and an understanding of current industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology and online platforms, including CRM systems, communication tools, and order processing software.
  • A positive attitude, a genuine passion for assisting customers, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours based on customer demand.
