About the position

As a SNEAKEraser Brand Ambassador, you will represent the brand at Costco roadshows in Austin, TX, engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales. This temporary position requires a friendly and outgoing personality to create a positive experience for customers while showcasing the effectiveness of SNEAKEraser products.

Responsibilities

• Actively demonstrate SNEAKEraser products on customers' shoes, highlighting their effectiveness and ease of use.
• Deliver advertising lines and key product information as provided in training, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
• Engage with Costco members in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing product information.
• Keep the display area clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers and showcase our products effectively.
• Accurately report daily sales and feedback to help gauge the success of the roadshow and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver advertising lines effectively.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail to maintain an organized and attractive display area.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work full shifts.
• Flexible availability to work Thursday through Sunday during the roadshow.
