About the position

The Nulo Brand Ambassador role is designed for outgoing pet lovers who will engage with customers in Petco and PetSmart stores. The primary purpose of this position is to promote Nulo's premium pet foods, encouraging customers to switch to Nulo products for their pets. This part-time role offers flexible hours, typically 12-16 hours per week, with a focus on building relationships with pet parents and driving sales results in assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Engage with pet parents in meaningful conversations about their pets.
• Listen actively to customers' stories and show genuine interest and empathy.
• Understand the unique bond between pet parents and their pets, paying attention to details.
• Communicate product knowledge effectively to highlight the benefits of Nulo products.
• Assist pet parents in selecting suitable Nulo products for their pets' needs.
