About the position

The Brand Ambassador serves as the face and voice of UpNorth Distribution, responsible for increasing brand awareness and sales through product promotion. This part-time role involves working closely with sales and marketing teams to communicate product value, track customer feedback, and represent the brand at various events. The position requires excellent communication and networking skills, with a focus on customer engagement and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Familiarizing yourself with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
• Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
• Building rapport with customers and vendors.
• Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.
• Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
• Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
• Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
• Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass a background check.
• Have reliable transportation and live within your territory boundaries.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English at the level of a college student.
• Be able to legally work in the United States.
• Prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, outgoing personality and a customer-focused attitude.
• Comfort within dispensaries and other promotional venues.
• Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to travel.
