About the position

The Brand Ambassador role at CoWorx Staffing Services involves representing a fast-growing beauty brand by educating and selling clean beauty products to partner accounts. The position requires a passion for clean skincare, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage sales independently while juggling multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate confidently and clearly about the brand, with genuine interest in natural, clean ingredients.
• Educate employees and customers about the brand and products.
• Hand sell product line to customers.
• Accommodate set sales targets and work independently in the field.
• Effectively manage a schedule juggling multiple doors.
• Support staff at retail partner locations.
• Comfortable giving mini-treatments on the sales floor.
• Complete recaps of work, sharing information that can help improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Esthetician License or practical experience with skincare.
• Experience in a retail setting, especially in the beauty, wellness, and skincare space.
• Ability to learn new platforms for time management and reporting.
• Proven track record of effective communication.
• Entrepreneurial, make-it-work spirit!
