About the position

As a Brand Ambassador for Yatreeb Inc, you will play a crucial role in supporting the luxury retail business of Christophe Robin. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about beauty and haircare, and who possess the skills to effectively communicate the brand's ethos to customers. You will be responsible for creating a luxury experience through brand-specific selling behaviors, which include product demonstrations and engaging with clients to achieve sales objectives. Your role will involve working closely with our retail partners, providing them with sell-through oriented training programs that enhance their understanding of the brand and its products. The position requires you to be the main point of contact for our luxury retail partners, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to promote and sell Christophe Robin products effectively. You will be expected to achieve weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) that contribute to the growth of the business. This role is not just about selling; it’s about building relationships and trust with customers, ensuring they have a memorable experience with the brand. You will be working approximately 20-25 hours per week, split between two locations: Stanford Shopping Center and Neiman Marcus in Palo Alto, CA. This freelance position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to balance your work with other commitments. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to connect with clients, increase conversion rates, and complete weekly training and sell-through reports that reflect your performance and contributions to the brand's success.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for Christophe Robin, effectively communicating the brand's ethos.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Previous experience in luxury sales, preferably as a beauty advisor.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to customer service.
