About the position

The Brand Ambassador role at CoWorx Staffing Services involves representing a fast-growing beauty brand by educating and selling clean beauty products to partner accounts. The position requires a passion for clean skincare, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage sales independently while juggling multiple responsibilities. The role may also involve travel within the state or to nearby states.

Responsibilities

• Communicate confidently and clearly about the brand, showing genuine interest in natural, clean ingredients.
• Educate employees and customers about the brand and its products.
• Hand sell the product line to customers.
• Accommodate set sales targets and work independently in the field.
• Effectively manage a schedule while juggling multiple accounts.
• Support staff at retail partner locations.
• Provide mini-treatments on the sales floor as needed.
• Complete recaps of work, sharing information to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Esthetician license or practical experience with skincare.
• Experience in a retail setting, particularly in beauty, wellness, and skincare.
• Ability to learn new platforms for time management and reporting.
• Proven track record of effective communication.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.

• Flexible availability including weekends.
• Device to use for reporting (phone, tablet, etc.).
