About the position

The Brand Ambassador role is designed to generate excitement and brand awareness while increasing product sales through various events, brand promotions, and product sampling. This position operates on a contract basis, specifically as a 1099 contractor, which means that the individual will be responsible for their own taxes and will not receive traditional employee benefits. The compensation structure is based on the number of demos completed, with each demo lasting approximately three hours. The pay for each demo starts at $60, with the potential to increase to $75 or $90 for top sellers, providing a strong incentive for performance. The majority of scheduled events occur on Fridays and Saturdays, with occasional shifts available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays. It is essential for candidates to be available on Fridays between 3 PM and 7 PM and have availability on Saturdays, as these are peak times for demos. The flexibility of the schedule allows Brand Ambassadors to choose which events they wish to apply for, enabling them to work as little or as frequently as they desire. This role is open to individuals of all skill levels, whether they are new to sales or have prior experience. Payment is made weekly via direct deposit, ensuring timely compensation for work performed. In this role, Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for setting up and cleaning up their stations, demonstrating or sampling products to customers, and providing product information. They will also be required to complete questionnaires for every event they work, which helps in gathering customer feedback and improving future events. Due to the nature of the job, candidates must be able to lift and carry products as needed, and they must possess a smartphone for various tasks such as taking photos, completing questionnaires, and managing their schedules.

Responsibilities
